Quote and payment
- Quote: fill in the form and a quote prepared for your needs arrives by email.
- Payment: pay by invoice and bank transfer, or a payment link; the method is stated in the quote.
- Invoice: downloadable from the Billing page in the app.
- Your data stays open: even with a payment issue you can still view past reports; only new measurements pause.

Frequently asked questions
What are credits for?
Measurements and audits use credits. Auditing 2 pages costs 1 credit (a single page is also 1 credit); asking one AI engine one prompt costs 1 to 8 depending on the engine. Reports, PDFs, share links, the portal and fix kits are free.
What happens to plan credits at the end of the month?
Plan credits refresh on your renewal day each month. Unused credits don't roll over.
Do add-on packs expire?
No. Add-on credits stay in your account until you use them, even if you change plans.
Which credits are used first?
Plan credits first, then starter credits, then add-on credits. Among add-ons, the oldest pack is used first.
If I run out of credits, do my reports close?
No. Your reports, client portal and share links stay open. You just can't start new measurements or audits.
What if one client uses up all the credits?
On the Agency and Enterprise plans you can set a monthly credit budget per client. When it runs out, only that client's new jobs pause; other clients aren't affected.
Is there a free trial?
Instead of a trial we have a permanent free plan. No card needed; try the product on your own site with 100 starter credits.
What if I change plans mid-month?
Send us your upgrade request; the timing and scope are confirmed in the quote. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period.
If I cancel, is my data deleted?
Not right away. Everything stays open until the end of the period, then you move to the free plan. Past data is kept for your plan's retention period, and we'll tell you 30 days before anything is deleted.
How is a quote prepared?
In the form you enter your number of sites or clients, prompts, engines and measurement frequency. We pick the plan and capacity that fit and send the quote by email, usually within 1 business day.
How do I pay?
After you accept the quote, you pay by invoice and bank transfer or through a payment link. The exact method is stated in the quote.
Will my client see AILens in the report?
Not on the Agency plan. You put your own logo and color on the PDF and portal, and the portal can run on your own domain.
Does a high score mean I'll show up in ChatGPT?
No. Scores show how ready your site is and how often you were mentioned on the prompts we measured. AI answers vary, so every result comes with its sample size and date range.
What happens to credits if a measurement stops halfway?
We reserve an estimate at the start; when the job ends, only what was used is charged and the rest goes back. If an engine fails, that query's credits are fully refunded.
What is a flagship model?
On the Agency plan you can measure with each engine's most capable model. It costs more to run, so each query uses two to four times the standard credits: 16 for ChatGPT and Claude, 4 for Gemini, 2 for Perplexity.
Can I request a quote from abroad?
Yes. Note your company country in the form; currency, tax and payment method are stated in the quote.
What are the refund terms?
Refund and cancellation terms are set out in your quote and agreement. If you have questions, raise them during the quote process.
